I ordered a luxury version lid for my Aquaforest OceanGuard 605. It arrived and is totally awesome. It fits the tank like a glove, and if an aquarium tank lid can be gorgeous, it is. Once I ordered the lid, Tyler was in contact going over what I ordered and making good suggestions. Bruno contacted me from engineering to confirm measurements. Then every Friday, I got an update on the progress. I couldn't be happier with my choice of lids, or my choice of this company. Very impressive all around. My thanks to the entire team.

I looked at several lid options before deciding to order from Top Lids. Initially I chose them just because I thought their product looked the nicest. Ultimately I'm glad I chose them for the professionalism of the organization.

I originally reached out to a couple custom lid manufacturers, Top Lids was the only one that called me to discuss what I was looking for in a lid. The other company simply sent an email with a link to their site where I could place my order. Tyler from Top Lids probably spent 30-40 minutes with me on our initial call discussing the details. He had several suggestions that I wouldn't have thought of on my own, very helpful.

After we finalized a design I was sent a drawing of exactly what it would look like. Once I approved the design it went to production. Now the downside to Top Lids is it does take a while for manufacturing, If you're in a hurry, this may not be for you. I received an email update on the status of my project and what was going to be accomplished the following week every Friday evening. The timeframe they originally told be it would be completed is when I received the lid.

Once I received the lid, there were some cosmetic scratches, it was kind of a bummer. I reached out to Tyler and once we confirmed that the issues were real we discussed some options to make the situation right. I really wasn't interested in a discount, I just wanted a product that was of high quality and looked good. Once I told them that, they offered to remake the lid.

I just received the new lid and it's perfect. I'm very happy with the end product but I'm glad that I chose a company that stands behind their work and didn't look to take the easy resolution. Their primary concern was to make sure I was happy and they accomplished that. Thank you.

This looks awesome on my waterbox infinia reef 230.6 I'm 100% satisfied with the result of this lid, it looks phenomenal, I'm surprised with the quality. It was worth the long wait.

I ordered a Top Lids for my 195 Mega Matrix tank and Tyler and the team did an awesome job. The lid fits like a glove and the black netting really accents my aquarium. Purchased a new reef tank and within weeks had a couple fish jump out. Decided to order a lid from Top Lids. It took a few weeks to arrive as its a custom built lid. I received the lid today and it was packages very well. The fit could not be more perfect. I'm very impressed with the quality, cuts and the screen. I would like to give you 10 stars.
