My Fish No Longer Try To Join the Air Force - Thanks Top Lids!

If fish could write reviews, mine would be giving this lid five fin-flips and a standing ovation (well…floating ovation?). Before I got my lid from Top Lids, it was like my tank had a revolving door for daring escape artists. I swear one of my clownfish was practicing for the Olympics—high jump category.

Enter: this glorious, beautifully crafted lid. It fits like a glove—if gloves were custom-engineered for aquariums and not hands. The precision is next-level. No weird gaps, no sketchy edges, just a clean, snug fit that says, “Your fish shall not pass!”

The material? Crystal clear and sturdy. It’s like Gandalf and a window had a baby. And the mesh option? Chef’s kiss. What materials are your lids made of?

Our lid frames are made from polycarbonate, thick enough to thoroughly support the lid, but slim enough to keep away excessive condensation and salt creep. Our screens are individually made for us, with thin screen fibers that let through more PAR than other screens, and openings small enough (slightly larger than 1/8") for even the smallest fish or eels to not wiggle through. These materials are water-resistant, easy to clean, and provide long-lasting multi-year protection for your aquarium.

What's the easiest way to start an order?

For standard, mass-marketed tanks:
